Aaron Carpenter
Managing Director / Support Coordinator
For almost two decades Aaron has focused his career within the disability and aged care sector. He has been providing Support Coordination since the inception of the NDIS scheme, and loves the challenges this role brings.
As an autistic man, he has invaluable lived experience within the community and utilises this to benefit Motiv8 participants and the team.
Jennifer Greenaway
Director / Clinical Nurse Consultant
Jennifer is a Clinical Nurse Consultant with over 20 years experience in Spinal Cord Injury Nursing, Rehabilitation and Neurogenic Continence particularly in a community setting.
She is a specialist in holistic and person centred care and specialises in continence and consumable assessments for participants within the iCare scheme.
Owen Harris
Support Coordinator
Owen has over 20 years experience in the disability sector. From support work to SILS management, Owen has been a passionate provider of of broad range of services in his career.
Owen now brings his knowledge to Support Coordination, assisting paticpants to understand their plans and connect with the appropriate supports for them.

We're passionate and persistant because we need to be. There are a lot of struggles in simply having a disability, let alone navigating everything else. Let us work with you on your goals, because we know they MATTER.

We know what it is like to get bad services... sadly, everyone does. Our aim is to not be that service! We work with you, we listen, and we aim to make our engagements with you as smooth as possible.
